Manitoba Film & Music’s tour, video and marketing programs are closed for applications

Due to high demand for Manitoba Film & Music’s funding programs, the budget for the organization’s tour, video and marketing programs are exhausted, and applications are closed for the balance of this fiscal year (2021-22).

These programs will open to applications beginning March 1, 2022, for the next fiscal year (2022-23), and applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.

2022-23 music program deadlines

Music program deadlines are as follows for the upcoming 2022-23 fiscal year:

· Music Recording Production Fund programs (Preproduction, Level 1, 2, 3 & Out- of-Province Artists): May 19, 2022; September 15, 2022; January 19, 2023

· Music Business Development Fund: June 16, 2022

Sustainability fund programs are open now for applications

Please note that the Music Companies Sustainability Fund and the Artist Development Sustainability Fund are currently open to applications through the generous support of the Province of Manitoba. Program deadlines are March 3, 2022, by 5 p.m.
